The charity has a Board of Trustees who are also directors of a company limited by guarantee. The Board currently consists of 10 Trustees, from a wide range of backgrounds, including some with experience of youth work. The Trustees are responsible for controlling the management and administration of the charity and all offer their time and support voluntary.
