Tullochan has developed two social enterprises that provide training, placement and development opportunities for young people.

Fashion Fix is a clothes and accessories shop based in Lomond Galleries, Alexandria selling quality, brand new, big brand clothes at affordable prices. The shop offers our Tullochan young people the opportunity to gain work placement and training opportunities learning retailing, merchandising, customer service and stock control all in a fast paced, supportive environment lead by our experienced shop manager.

The Common Good is a community cafe open to the public and training kitchen in Dumbarton, round the corner from Dumbarton Central. The cafe serves fresh food, hot and cold drinks and baking proving a popular breakfast and lunch spot for many locals. Our team support young people through many aspects of working in a kitchen and preparing excellent food to serve to the public. Each young person is also supported to achieve certified, industry standard qualifications in food hygiene and first aid.

The social enterprises exist to help close the skills and experience gap some of the young people we engage with currently have. The supportive, welcoming environment with real time feedback strongly supports the ongoing personal development and employability of our young people.

All profits made from the social enterprises are reinvested in Tullochan programmes supporting young people across West Dunbartonshire.

Both have their own social media, keep up to date with the latest:
